    You won't get much water problems at those dosages. I would suggest just scrapping the idea of these cycles until you are ready for some test.

    Low volume/P.O.F.

    I have done similar to bring up my bis when they were lagging, it did the trick for me. As for volume, I tend to grow from low-medium volume. I can't imagine doing 16-20 sets per bodypart and being able to bust my balls on every set. Just not my thing.

    Doses will depend on your cycle history, goals, health status, etc. Basic would be 500mg test a week with 300mg deca a week. Sides are very individual.

    Built is right, striving to keep training heavy and hard while not eating enough, will most likely maintain your muscle mass and you should drop some fat that way. If you want to gain fast, you have to eat, eat and eat, especially if you are ecto.
