    Yep it does but it still gives you the amino acids, when you heat egg whites you denature it,(liquid to solid) but it is still protein. I think overheating it does something to lose some health benifit but as long as you dont overheat it is still good.

    To bulk one week with heavy lifting and increased calorie intake and cut the next with lots of cardio and reduced calorie intake or would I just keep my body in a stale mate?
