    Chest progress beginning to decline

I don't think there is anyway around it, if you want your muscle to continually grow, you need to add more weight. That's the only way they'll grow, if you overload them.

    Chest progress beginning to decline

Yeah, I dunno what it could be, maybe you overtrained your chest and didn't give it enough time to recover?

    Chest progress beginning to decline

I'd say you hit a plateau in your training but I don't think this would be accurate given that you said you feel weak and actually lifted LESS during your workout. If it were a plateau there are various methods you could use the shock the body and start seeing more gains, but I'm not sure what...

    Chest progress beginning to decline

Could be your diet, is it that you don't have enough energy? Also, in regards to your "pump," how long are you resting between sets? If you rest too long the bloodflow slows down and you'll lose your pump ;/

    Elbow pain

I don't know what happened but all of a sudden when I went to put on my shirt this morning I got a SHARP pain right in the inside of my elbow. After moving my arm around a bit this is what I get: It doesn't really hurt when I bring my hand to my shoulder palm facing away, but when I rotate my...

I have a very stupid quesition about pyramiding

I said that ;/ I just figured that since it's pretty much the same ideology only reversed it might still be considered pyramiding :P

    Plyometrics

Sounds good, I've been playin' ball for a long time and I'm really good, I'm just lookin' for that little edge, time to step my game up a notch. Thing is a few years ago I had orthoscopic surgery on my knee for torn cartalidge (some reason I don't think that's spelled right) and I'm also...

What are some good assistant exercises for the squat?

Strength is imporant if that's what your goal is, size is important if that's what your goal is. Judging by what he's said, he wants to be able to lift more, he's not really looking for for size.

    Plyometrics

I was thinking of incorporating some type of plyometrics training program to help me perform better in basketball. I was wondering if this would interfere at all with my weight training. Also, if anyone here does/or has done a plyometrics program feel free to make some recomendations for some...

Help me with my workout, NEWBIE

You'd probably be better off using your money for a gym, that way you can have a variety of weights/poundages/machines. If you're going to continue to work out and want to keep growing you're going to continually need heavier weight.

I have a very stupid quesition about pyramiding

I think either way is is pyramiding, but there's also stripping, when you're doing reps with a given weight and you can't do anymore, then you lower the weight and do some more reps, lower, more reps. As I said though, I think up or down is pyramiding, as long as when you increase the weight...

    Question about surgery

That's not true at all, anyone can get abs if they work hard enough. As I'm sure you've heard people say before "Abs are made in the kitchen," which is 100% true. Take a look at your diet.
