    They can be VERY off. Also a 6% difference in BF% is HUGE. I was 12% once, and it said i was 22% BF - YA FUCKIN RITE !!!

    6-8 weeks is TOO far apart to make a difference. You need to alter your routine every 2-3 weeks. Also, I would ease off barbell bench for 3-4 weeks while you work on dumbells and machine work
