    Bb & Db presses are good chest exercises. Make sure that you focus on using your pecs when lifting. It is all to easy to put too much load onto your triceps. Check out the posts on Mind muscle connection and on how bench properly.

    As Prince suggested, it sounds as though you're coming back from time off. Last time i started working out after having to take two month off, I could hardly put on my clothes the next day!!! That lasted about 4 days. I would not work out in this state though. Rest till you can move normally...
