At one point I always tried to gain weight. But, now that i have gotten a little older i just like to have that ripped lean look.... During the winter is when i tend to get a little heavier and during spring, summer and fall I maintain a lean look...............
I just wanted to know how often i should do my legs. I do hit them hard and I do get sore but even with the soreness is it ok to hit them every 3 or 4 days or just once a week?

Sometimes what I like to eat is a banana and a cup of yogurt 30 min before lifting or, just throwing those 2 ingredients in a blender with some protein powder...that works for me...simple and to the point.:spam:
I work out where ever I can...... But primarily at this gym that's just 2 blocks away from my house and on occasions I workout at the park when its a nice day....
