how do you eat your legumes? do u make soup with beans/lentils in it? or do u just boil them and add them to say brown rice? Or do u just eat alone by themselves? i am just curious.

What kind of weight training and cardio should i be doing if i am looking to lose body fat and not lose too much muscle? Right now i am 5'8 180lbs and 19%BF. i want to get down to at least 10% BF. right now i am on a good diet - 2300 cals - 40/40/20 ratio.

Meal 2:

i am new weight training and i keep reading about compound weight exercises - what are some types of compound exercises? I have been going to a gym for 5 weeks now and i probably do some compound exercises already. can somebody shine some light on this subject for me?
