    Looking to lose Body fat

    What kind of weight training and cardio should i be doing if i am looking to lose body fat and not lose too much muscle? Right now i am 5'8 180lbs and 19%BF. i want to get down to at least 10% BF. right now i am on a good diet - 2300 cals - 40/40/20 ratio. any help will be appreciated.
