    Well heres what i got so far. im 17, 6'0 and weigh about 157lbs. Just started going to the gym about 2 weeks ago. taking my potein shake daily and trying to eat more. heres what i got so far.. Trying to bulk so i hear more weight less reps... Mondays -biceps+back+traps dumbell curls-3X6...

    Thanks for the help, but somtimes after a really hard practice i cant even move...so im going to wait until the practices arent so hard (begging of soccer seoson...all conditioning=SPRINTS) and until my body gets used to it and i dont get so sore.

    Yes i havent been working out for very long though, I can notice myself being a little bit bigger, and I can see i am a bit more toned than before.

    Its not too bad..i mean somtimes i throw in some things i shouldent...I have a very fast motabolisim(sp?). But i get pretty good amount of protein...i do eat good, just it isent as good as it should be for me trying to get bigger.
