Well I starting school again, i go 8-1:45, but after school i have soccer practice (wich pretty much drains all energy i have) I get home around maybe 5 5:30...And then i shower do some hw (on rare occations
) And eat...but where do i put in my workouts? I know that it isent so great to workout before bed...I dont realy know what do do...i guess ill just have to train at night. Any help?
