    Eating before working out and back to back cardio and lifting

    Hey Pimp, should an ideal pre-workout meal be just protein or should there be some carbs in there too? I am on a pretty tight schedule and don't have time to cook in the a.m. before I go to the gym. Crazy, my boss always wants me to be on time or something.

    You could also use something with a digestive enzyme to help you digest all that food. I was having a little trouble at first then started using ON Pro Complex, which has an added enzyme and something else they call Aminogen, now I could set my watch by my bowel movements.:help: :hot: :D :thumb:

    We used to run 3 miles in less than 20 minutes and do pullups and sit ups. No push ups as part of the USMC PFT. That was back in the mid to late 90's.     I've read the PH/PS FAQ and its sections on 6-OXO and PCT. The dosage after a 6 wk cycle starts at 600 mg and tapers down each week. It also states that some start at 800mg then taper. Should this be determined by size and weight or by the length of the cycle /amount od PH/PS taken? I'm 6'4" 220...
