    Shoulders on the Smith, good or bad?

    A great shoulder exercise is clean and jerk or otherwise known as pushpress.You pick the bar up from the ground and clean it up to shoulder height then bend the knees slightly and explode back up and press the bar overhead.Its a great exercise for building big shoulders and overall power.

    Celtic bhoy i'd go with Close grip bench,overhead d/bell press and dips. Good result last Sunday,eh bhoy.;)

    Depends what your training for??? If your a boxer etc then keep doing the push ups,but if its out right strength then dont do it.

    Yeah,as Tommy said it should eventually even out.6 weeks is no time in this sport,so give it time and dont expect too much too soon.

    How much can you bench?

    I'm 28,252Lbs and my best bench is 415lbs.I hope to do a bit more this year,i'm currently training for a little powerlifting comp in my local gym in a couple of months.
