    just got done today with my chest work out incline bench 4 sets 10x 135 8x 165 5x175 then flat bench 8x 175 6x 195 4x 215 failed on 225. then did flat bench butter flies. anyway my chest feels nothing (no pump no pain) my shoulders and tris are pumped and feel like they have been woked hard...

    don't just go by scale weight. how do you look. you are adding muscle while cutting the fat. how do your cloths fit and how you look are better guides to go with.

    get stronger but not get a big waist line. i lost a lot of weight when from 360ish to 212 now am about 230 to 235. and much stronger than i was at 212 but not strong enough OK with my size 36 jeans but don't wont to get bigger in the waist line and prefer to go back to my 34s. eat a clean diet...
