Protein: Beef/Steak, Venison, Ostrich, Sushi, smoked salmon
Fat: PB, fat in smoked salmon or raw tuna etc, sesame seeds in cooking, then: pine nuts, pistachios, almonds, macadamias, hazelnuts, peanuts, egg yolks.
