    Yeah try and keep your body clean from poisons as much as possible. But I have talked to some guys that swear by it, since it makes them really eat ALOT of food due to munchies etc and makes them glued to the couch at home, thus making them grow. But watch out for those man boobs!!

    Optimum 100% whey is good protein, pretty cheap as well. At GNC in CA, it costs $21 for 2lbs(yes you can buy it much cheaper online), for 32 servings. I compared to GNCs 2lbs 100% whey and it was $32 for 20 servings. I have used twinlabs creatine and have good results with that.
