    So, eh... if one was brash enough to try this... how many days, (or weeks :laugh: ) of recovery do you think would be needed? I wouldn't think it safe for even indirect arm use for at least 3-5 days. What's your take?

    I've always trained biceps after upper back and triceps after chest. Some folks I know have an "arm day" (similar to the more common "leg day") where thay do both muscle groups together. What's your oppinion?

    How do we eat so much? You can get a LOT of protein in by using supplement shakes and/or nutrition bars. HOWEVER, don't rely totally on these sources- it's better to get the protein from food sources (such as meats and eggs)- if you have the appetite. Personally, the "servings" on some brands...

    So, how does this happen? I've never been obese, hell I can eat a 1/2 gallon of ice cream and loose a pound the next day. I've never had surgery, (except on my ears) or any traumatic thorasic injury. Is it a genetic thing?:confused:

    High weight, low rep= mass and explosive strength. Ex: Power lifters, wrestlers. Low weight, high rep= tone and endurance strength. Ex: Marathon runners, swimmers.

    I might have a WHAT? When I lay flat and sit up, I can see the horizontal rips in my abs, but the verticle part between them bulges out. Is that what you mean?

    It's not that I don't want to use the stuff, it's the cost. I've seen that kind of stuff at GNC for $90 a bottle. When the time comes, yeak I'll try it, but it's winter time now...;)

    A few weeks ago I tore a few muscles in my lower back at work and was out for a few weeks. I'm feeling well enough to to do arms, chest and abs, but I'm wary about doing back and legs. Any suggestions for easing back in and strengthing my lower back?:confused:
