    hey thanks for the replys everone. i think that the mechanical aspect of the machines helps out alot. because with my bench it has these fly attachments, which i can place onto the bench, and well you slide the weights on and grap the handles and fly inwards, but there is no balanceing work...

    first of all lat bar pulldowns are a back exercise not a chest one. as for chest there is only really 3 things you can do they are: pressing exercises (compound) - weather its incline, decline, flat, barbell, dumbbell. flyes (compound) - weather its incline, decline, flat, dumbbells...

    on what exercises is it getting weaker on, if for example it is bench press it may not be the chest that is getting weaker it may be that the triceps and shoulders cant keep up with your chest and they need isolation work. i dont really know, thats the only thing i could think off, im no expert.

    im not sure pain is the right word ethier, i think the word you are looking for is soreness. and its normally to really feel it in your legs when doing squats, leg work really takes it out of you, guys sometimes keep a bucket next to the squat rack ready to trow up in.

    yeh rear delts get worked well with pulling exercises, thats why i dont really isolate them. but if i was to do a isolation exercise for them, such as rear delt flys is it best to do it on my pull day, or on my push day with the other delts.
