i havent started hitting the gym like i should-i want to tone up by the spring hopefully it wont take to long-with someone as myself with...
well the gym has called me and just said they screwed up on my measurements and put in 5'10 as my height instead of 5'1 lol hahha no wonder my measuremts were weird i have to go back on sat and do it again(assholes) keep u posted
this was calculated with the tanita upscale looking scale thing they had at the gym that the trainer put me on-for the fat lbs was 11.21 normal ranges from 19-30 lbs of fat is what they said as noted above--thnx for ur compliment!
hey everyone still kinda new to the boards i dont post(hope this post is in the right place) much but wondering if u could help or correct me if im wrong with my measurements. I went to the gym today to get my first assestment before i start working out, keep in mind i never have worked out...
so here is the final breakdown
11x105=1155 cals day
578 cals of protein---------144 gm protein/day
404 cals of carbs-----------101 gm carb/day
173 cals of fat--------------19 gm fat/day
---eating 5 meals--
29 gm of protein in each meal/snack
20 gm of carbs in each meal/snack
4 gm of fat in each...
basically my goals are just to tone up my skinny fat i want to maintain my 105 lb weight my bf% is 20.1 i think i will try to 50p/35c/15f thank you all for your help its much appreciated(thank god i didnt try the 40/30/30 boy what would i do without you guys!!
Wasent sure if there was any math figure that would tell you how many gms of carbs are allowed for your total cals---ex. 1200 cals a day how would u figure how many good complex carbs to consume?
Im helping one of my guy friends lose weight but not to sure on what his caloric intake should be to lose weight/drop bf? In Tom Venutos BFFTM Book it suggests a rough estimate for a male losing weight should be around 2200-2700 cals a day but it also gave an easy mathematical way to figure it...
