I went to the gym today to get my first assestment before i start working out, keep in mind i never have worked out before except for 1 straight week(when i orginally joined) and then i stopped AND IM NOW READY TO GET MY ASS IN SHAPE!
im 23 female (had slight ED before)
wt-107.2
ht-5'1
BMI-15.4 normal range of bmi should be 17-24 is that coorect?
lean lbs-96.01
fat lbs-11.21 should be 19-30 lbs is that correct
totoal body water hydration-65%

Chest-32 1/2
waist-26
abs-30 1/2
hips-37
legs-20(each leg)
arms-9(each arm)

Based on your pics, and believe me I looked them over good, I would say your bodyfat is not 10%. Not that that is a bad thing, 10% is ridiculously low. I would put you around 16-18% which is very good for a woman. Below 15% and you would typically have problems with menses. I just wanted to say menses.

Anyway, BMI is a waste if ya ask me. How did you come by these numbers?

ok whats menses? and my body fat was calculated at 8% on nearly all and at 14% on another one odd i know but the best way to tell difference is take a posing picture of tense arms and muscles when you first start then a couple of months down the line take some more tense picture of amrs and stomach etc then compare them so you can seee the difference rather than read it in measurements

Neo

oh and some very nice pics :P

Menstruation. Her period. Her monthly friend.

BTW NJFASHiONiSTA, regardless of what the numbers mean, you look great!

this was calculated with the tanita upscale looking scale thing they had at the gym that the trainer put me on-for the fat lbs was 11.21 normal ranges from 19-30 lbs of fat is what they said as noted above--thnx for ur compliment!

sooo NJfashionista.... u say ur chest is 32.5...??. by lookin at your pics i dont believe that they are.. sooo im gonna have to ask you to take some pics of just your chest areas.. preferably without a top on (so i can get a better analysis):eyebrow:
ps- im kidding of course..:nope:

Yeah, those Electrical impedance things are no good. Have someone use calipers on ya, quick and effective. Regardless, you get 2 thumbs up. :D

I don't think you're 10% body fat either, but you're body looks damned good!

Don't ever listen to the BMI index. According the BMI I am teetering on the brink of overweight. I don't feel that I am overweight. You can look at my gallery and judge for yourself how accurate this description is.
