    Shock workouts

    At the end of a workout, cut your barbell curl working weight in half, and bust out 30-40 reps till failure with a spotter. This definetly shocks my arms and shoulders big time. The same for flat bench, etc. I call it a "drop set", not sure what the correct term for this is? I do it a few times...

    I was curious how many weeks in a training cycle you all usually train for. I have been training 8 weeks on and then 1 week off to rest. I lift 3 times a week alternating upper body one session, lower body the next. Is 8 weeks on, 1 off pretty much standard? Thanks

    I also take twinlab creatine fuel stack caps. I take 6 caps (5mg) every morning on off days, and on workout days I take 6 before I lift and 6 after. Good luck.

    Abs are the most resistant to training of any muscle group. I do 3 sets of leg raises and crunches everyday. I think as long as you don't go crazy with it, you'll be cool.:thumb:
