    There is no seminar...they offer prep classes and online shit but basically its just a really hard test with no pre-req's except the BS. In general, you have to have a CSCS if you want a position as a strength coach at college level or above. Even if you have a degree in something related you...

    Obtaining Health Insurance Coverage

    Cardinal--look into a Health Savings Account (HSA) with a High Deductible Health Plan (HDHP)--if you're in good health and would rarely use your health insurance, this is the way to go, IMHO. Especially if insurance companies are giving you shit they'll probably put you on a higher deductible...
