    am i training to much?

    I condensed my usual 1 hour workout down to 30 mins yesterday, and my heart rate was up to 170. It was upper body. Of course on my way home I almost vomited all over the place. What a rush. Now that is mixing cardio and resistance training.

    How often do you take a week off?

    Took off this week in fact. Was feeling tired, unmotivated, and fuzzy in the head. Wasn't my diet, I know that, so I felt I was close to overtraining. Been getting alot of calf cramps at night too, even after eating 2 banannas before bed.

    Was fat so I looked into loosing weight. Diet and Cardio was my first thoughts. Found a site called FreeTrainers, and reading the forums made me decide I would like to have a huge ripped body and get all the women. That and I have a small penis too. ;)

    I drink an occasional Diet Pepsi once in awhile. Sometimes more than I like. Trying to quit Caffine all together, but after drinking 6-8 Pepsis a day for over 3 years, its hard to go all day without at least one. Sometimes I manage. :D
