yes it would, the body fat % is just a percentage in relation to your overall weight so if fat stayed the same and lean mass went up then the bodyweight number would go up so now the bodyfat % would go down.
yeah dude I went to that guy's website the biggest arms in the world. Little forearms and everything else except for his bi's and tri's really sicked me out but I guess he seems proud of it lol.
I also agree that you should make shakes or sneak protein bars and eat them every 2 or 3 hrs, very easy plus they take a few seconds to down. Good luck.
I think that when you're bulking you need to get all of the fat, calories, and carbs you can without going too overboard so I don't think you need to worry about getting too fat from milk I would stick with the vitamin d. Whereas when you lean out turn to the skim milk and cut back the carbs...

Although I have read that on AVERAGE the bodyweight pushed up doing regular pushups is 80% of your weight maybe u can at least get a general idea by using some sort of calculation with bodyweight and reps for 1rm. this will be hard with the amt of reps u may have done in each interval.
To address your question there are far too many variables-genetic makeup, nutrition, bodyweight, height, form, reps, intensity, supplements, conditions. Even if these things were known there would be no way to give you a definite answer.
