for some reason im drawing a blank on what natural body weight exercise targets shoulders. i like to incorporate at least one into my workouts.
if you dont know what i mean... things such as pushups (chest), pull-ups (back/bis), dips (tris), etc.
thank you.

I used to have a website stored in my favorites with rediculously low prices for creatine monohydrate. It was a white/blue site that didn't look too pretty but was legit. I searched but couldnt seem to find it. If anyone could link me again I would really appreciate it. Thanks.

PS -...
ye i usually take breaks of 4-5 weeks after using it for about 7 or 8 weeks or so. but like obz said... does taking it consistently without breaks harm anything?
do you creatine users out there cycle? this is my second time where im off of it and im like going through withdrawals (lol) and im like dying for the day to come that ive scheduled to start again. i just cant stand being off of it cause its so great im my mind. ive read on a few sites that its...
the main reason i lift by myself is because im stubborn and im very confident in my routines so i dont like bothering with a partner that is probly going to disagree with me on a certain exercise or two
tub of protein powder cost me less than 30 on my most recent order. and for the most part, i generally gain about 5lbs a week on the bench normally (this is assumed by the fact that i am usually able to max out at about 20lbs more than 4 or 5 weeks ago since thats how often i max out)
(im sure this has been said by a few)
i don't know too much about chiros, what they do, or how effective they are but 10% is a significant figure for almost and lift, especially if its someone thats been lifting for a significant amount of time...so im gonna have to think this statement is...
creatine. heh. my fav. supplement. it helps you recover quickly and adds mass to you. the first week will be a bit annoying cause you have to stock up on it but after that your good. just once a day and if you miss a day or two its not gonna kill you (at least it didnt for me)
i only have a real tough time dealing w/ late night time hunger when i go out on the weekends and drink. but i remember over the summer i avoided eating after like 8 or so and i lost a few pounds. but i was lifting during the day so i doubt what i said is of any use to you. heh
i just started doin deads even though ive been workin out for a long time. i was always worried that i would fuck up the form and hurt myself but i'm good now. as long as you got the right form you'll be alright.
