about 2 weeks ago I was playing basketball and I took a charge. Later that night my left side of the chest started to hurt. So I took all last week off from lifting. I have started lifting again this week. Monday was all "back" workouts. I felt fine after Monday, Today it is supposed to be chest...
Ok so I can figure out how many calories are going in. But how do I approximate how many calories I am burning each week.
I usually only workout twice a week for about an hour each day. Gradually I intend to bump it up to three times a week.
Monday:
15minutes cardio - usually running
