    Deadlift and your shins.

    Your shins will get used to it. This is common for a lot of people who deadlift. When I was doing some serious full deadlifts, I used baby powder on my shins, it helps. Not everyone is a close shin deadlifter, I find it to be the safest to keep heavy weight close to your body in that position.

    You have some pretty decent lifts for your age. As for supplements, stick to a multi-vitamin, protien powder, & maybe regular creatine mono. Any extra cash leftover go buy some lean beef and makes some burgers with it, haha (actually i'm serious!)

    Lean beef is a bodybuilder's best friend, it is also a healthy choice. High in protein, b-vitamins, zinc, CLA, B12! It's "good to go"! ;)

    Go with some of built's routines. You won't be sorry, they get right to the point, cutting out all the bullshit movements that just waste time and create overtraining in the gym.

    cutting with dbol only

    You can cut on any substance you want. My thoughts are test should be the base of every cycle, so if you were to do a cut with dbol, I would do test/dbol.

    Test/EQ OR Test/Deca for bulking?

    Well if your going to go ahead with the cycle I would do test/deca. At your height and frame, I'd make sure you were eating a lot, I mean a lot! All day, not just worrying about post workout shakes and all that, you have to be eating a lot all day, from all food sources.

    Test and deca is not a bad cycle, but considering your circumstances, your age, and also the experience you had last time with your sex drive dropping low, I would just do test only, you will also recover better off of test only cycles, deca hits you hard in the recovery department.

    The base of every cycle should be a solid diet, with lots of protein, good fats and a caloric surplas if your looking to gain, step 2 is some hard, progressive training, step 3 is to throw in some tesosterone as your first drug, it is the king for muscle gains. Test E or C at 400-500mg per a week!
