Waste of money for being 20. Didn't notice a single change when I took those myself at 23. Save your money and just eat more or buy more protein shakes:)
The body has a general nack at sucking up nurtients post workout. I've kept with a 2 scoop (50ish gs) approach myself. 1 scoop waking up, 1 scoop prior to bed.
I have the basics covered...Protein, Creatine, Multi-Vitamin. With the goal being to gain lean muscle mass is there anything else I could add?(Supplement wise, obivously)
Triceps are still involved just a reduced load on them. As wide as you feel comfortable. Going all the way down can be tricky depending how wide you are, have a spotter.
Well I was doin 40 on each side of the bar before my other knee started acting up so I basically dropped legs entirely. Guess I'll start up again with high reps squats with 25 per side.
Basically here's the challenge: my knees are in rough shape, had surgery on the one, pressing movements are just killer such as squats and not so much but leg press. Recently I've been doing about 6 sets per leg of leg extensions (single legged) 12 reps holding at the peak at 15lbs (anything...

What's a supplement to fight off colds, flus etc. Something that I can just buy without a perscription, which is incredibly strong, maybe even a mild steroid in it? or something? Thanks.
Ya foot placement doesnt seem to help me either. I think it's just the muscle there flexing HARD constantly throughout the set and therefore hurting a lot. I just suck it up and get through it.
nah that's not the reason scotty. I have the same thing. I think it's from when during the set you're like contracting your foot muscles underneath and causing a huge pump there. I could be wrong.
