    if you are trying to cut up, don't forget to eat too...if you starve yourself trying to cut-up, you'll lose muscle instead of fat

    Bar press or Dumbell Press...

    I often get a pain in my shoulder when doing heavy bench presses toward the end of the work out... I usually switch to DB's the next workout and give the shoulder a break...works fine for me

    thanks for the advice guys...I knew my diet always held me back... I'm not a coffee drinker, so I tend to reach for the Coke for my morning caffiene...I'll just have to fight through the cravings...

    couldn't agree with you more... I still would like to know what's best when I want to start taking supplements again. for the most part, my diet is pretty good. I need to cut out sodas and some of the snacks and eat bigger portions of the high protien and veggies, then I'll be set
