I just bought some Precision Engineered Creatine.
Is this good stuff?
Says to mix 1 scoop (approximately 43g) w/ 6-8 ounces of cold water or juice 2 times a day.
That sound right.
I stopped lifting for a wile.....like 4 months.
Anyway yesterday was my first day back in the gym.....oh man!
I hurt! I hurt bad! I can't believe how hard of a time I'm having getting back in there.
Let this be a lesson to me!
GNC products...good or bad? :hmmm:
I use GNC products for both protein and creatine. I have read a lot of post saying that their products are low quality but I was always under the impression that they made a good product.
So I'm curious what you guys think and if there have been any...
Well you can keep track of how well you are progressing. It also has 3 separate logs...measurements of your body, a nutrition log and a workout log.
Most all foods are in the nutrition log already with everything you need to know (calories, carbs, fats, etc.) and what's not in there can be...
It's not hard. Heck, I'm enjoying scheduling it all out to tell ya the truth.
You should go to the link I put up there and get the free 30 day demo and try it out. :thumb:
Just curious.
I picked up ProTrack yesterday and so far it's great. Will help me keep up with all my info...

If this isn't the right board for this topic I apologize. :bulb:
I'm gonna throw my opinion in here. For the record I'm new to working out but have managed to flatten out my stomach and lose 10 lbs in the last 4 weeks. First off I do abs almost everyday. Not a extremely hard abs workout but a nice burn. Also the portion size is very important. The...
Ok I'm confused. I thought for carido you should be at 65% of your maximum heart rate? That's fat burning cardio right? So which should I be doing?
On the bright side I'm a small framed person so I don't even look fat. Still the extra fat drives me crazy and I want to bulk up in the next couple months or so.
Wow! I just got my bf% from the nurse here at work and it said 25% :barf: with the reasonable range being 14-23. I have 41.6 lbs of fat on my body! My BMI (whatever that might be) is 26.0 and my LBM is 139.6 lbs. This is bad!
Oh....sorry, I'm kinda new to all this cutting / bulking stuff. So if I gain 20 lbs. (just for example because I have no idea how much is realistic) 10-15% of that could be fat?
Assuming you follow the guides posted on this board and eat clean? I'm asking because I was looking through FLEX magazine yesterday at the store and there was an advertisement in there that showed a pro ( I think it was Craig Titus) wile bulking and then wile cutting and damn was he a fat SOB...
"Hm. That's bassackwards. How bout this? How much do you weigh, and what's your protein target in grams/pound?"
I'm about 190....6' tall it that tells you anything. Don't know my target...what should it be.
"Overall....you should also be looking at the serving sizex of the fish and chicken and make sur you eat a variety of greens."
Well the size is about half a chick breast at each meal...to much or to little.
