    i do arms on monday, wed, and fri and legs tues, thursday and saturday. on arms i do curls, triceps, and bench and also pushups and abs.and on leg day all i can do is leg curls and legs extension. it kinda sucks because all i have is a weight machine. i just dont have time to go to a gym.

    thanks for all the info so far. i read in a mag and they said take one scop for lunch. i eat tuna and peanut butter for lunch will it be ok to take it with out working out? i really new to taking supplements. so if im getting on people nerves im sorry.

    I dont mix them with anything. they come in vials. i got two different kinds. one is met-rx and it has i think 23g of protein and the other is new whey liquid protein and i has 42g of protein.

    I really dont eat a certain thing each day. i eat something small for breakfast and either tuna or a subway for lunch and what ever i get cooked for me for supper. and i eat protein bars and take protein shooters. i really dont know what i should be eating. any help or suggestions
