    It's a matter of sets, not exercises for me... -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Larger muscle groups I'll do around 6 sets. Smaller muscles I'll do 2 - 3 sets...

    Definately take a break. In my experience I've found that working out only makes it worse.

    Upright rows cause problems for me (I had a bad wrist injury when I first begain training). Deadlifts have kept my traps growing and just recently I started doing shrugs as well as bent over rows.

    Yeah. It's funny how the gym is always packed on Monday nights. You'd think they were giving away free prizes and money or something. Over the course of the week there are less and less people who show up. Never knew that you only needed to train one day a week to be healthy.

    Yes. 6 days a week, training at farely high intensity for most would be considered overtraining. Post your routine. **I train 3 days a week...

    Hey. Long time no see. I guess so, but I personally wouldn't reccommend them. I put it my stats and it said I should be eating about 1900 calories. I would shrivel up and die eating that much. :p

    Bah. Don't trust any of those forumlas. It's going to depend on each individual. How much you exercise, what your goals are, etc etc.
