    Yeah it happens to me on bent-over rows as well. As long you make conscious effort to contract the abs then all will be well, if you,ve got good form that is.

    Am I overtraining my chest?

    You start to feel tired when you should'nt, loss of hunger, injury's, weakness and feeling ill too often and no muscle gains at all. Bearing in mind you might only feel some of these. As for you DomH you might be doing to much work on the chest if your a newbie if you I'd stick to: Dips...

    Will implementing pushups help develop

    Ok your volume is bit too high, so start with a basic programme for example: bench press 3 sets 4-6 reps decline press 3 sets 6-8 reps incline press 3 sets 8-10 reps. And cut out the press ups that will cause loss of strength.

    When i do dead's my ass, my quads, my spinae erectors are the only muscles afftected. Can any one give me some tips on how to affect my traps and possibly lats. Thanks in advance peace.

    Also creatine is a bit hard on the liver so drinking beer while on creatine can have adverse effects eg:sluggish liver, liver headaches. Just try to drink less alchohol.
