    From my guess you would only lose water weight from the sauna, cause all ur doing is sweating water out. I think it was probably his diet.

    Well i've only been using it for 2 days now. I was just looking to see if anyone else has tried it and had good results form it. I don't see why I wouldn't get good results from it cause either way i'm being active and it does raise your heart rate.

    which is more effective

    I've been using the punching bag for 2 days now. I sweat alot and my heart rate is in my fat burn zone for the whole 45mins. Sometimes its higher but never lower. When I get tired I slow down and change up the punches. Has any one got good results from punching on a bag.

    Fit Freak- thanx for the reply, I'm going to take the advice you and jodi both game me. My portions are a good size. I'm not hungry through out the day and i'm not too full. I was wandering about efa's. Should more be added or should i stick with the plan as stated and add the strawberries...

    Jodi- thanx for the replies. Somebody actually suggested the banana, but the whey would taste nice with the strawberries...think i'll try that. Also,I was using the salad inthe carbs place in the 4pm meal. Would you think it would be better maybe to add some brown rice there. Thanx.

    The banana is post work-out with the whey protein i've always heard its a good post work out source. Best time to take in the sugar. Right.

    plan is to drop fat. punching on a punching bag for 45mins or a treamill, bike, that ski machine (don't know what its called) for 45mins which would be more effective.......boxing or one of the machines. whats ur oppinion:)
