yep definitely HIIT training in the morning on an empty stomach.. but i dont think doing cardio is the best way to burn fat, the best way is to improve your diet..

nope... just have to be 18 and u need a cpr cert to take the test... but you can buy the study manual without having the cpr cert... to prince: i guess its not that they do not recognise it but they just prefer something else.

I think you should ask your gym what cert do they want their pt to have.. cos the gym where i workout they dont recognise ISSA, although its one of the top notch cert..

i just got registered in ACE... not exactly, its like 2 weeks ago... its easy, just go purchase the study manual from the site and they will send it to you in a few days... and when you are ready, register to take the test(which require $$$) and if you pass it youll get the cert... at least...

But resting for a week after sometime is good...

Thats a totally wrong concept... the reason of beginner gains is that becos "untrained" people have inactive muscles(motor units).. after training these muscle becomes active that is why there is so much gain in so little time..

Yeah i would go outside to run but its so freakin hot out here... dont like running at night, cos i cant sleep after doing cardio...

did a 5 min on a stationary bike just now... lvl 7 & lvl 11... not so boring, cos i have to keep on changing the level... but maybe becos its only for 5 min tho.. hehe... :D

well cos i wanna get the abs to come out.. already fixed my diet, so just an additional help to make it quicker to appear..

get few sessions with a pt... i know its expensive but its worth it, get him to design you a program, learn the proper way of lifting then stick to that program for 2-3 months(since u just started) and see what happens then.. cos most of the people in the gym dont even know what they are...

Do curls, but with your palm facing the other side(away from you at the contraction).. Just do all the pulling exercise (chin ups, rows and etc) it will automatically hit your forearms as well...

Do bridge, u dont require benches or anything...
