    Don't go lower? I don't think you need to go lower on the body fat. Remember, you need fat in your body. If you are eating a low fat diet and getting the proper nutrition, your body fat will balance itself to a health percentage.

    Used to! I used to drink the nectar of the grape quite often. My wife and I gave it up for a number of reasons. 1) My brother is an alcoholic and I had to wonder if I could be headed that way 2) The possible influence on our teenage kids 3) Too many empty calories
