    I went to see a homeboy in the county last week, and alot of people doing time are huge. Here in TX they took away weights in the pen prison yards ( not county though ) cuz the inmate's size was becoming a safety hazard to the staff. Question is...how can you get " swoll " of just sandwiches...

    I discovered this place and man i knew i had to join. I'm 20 years old, 5'8 and weigh 171 lbs. I've been lifting weights since dec. 2002. I'm a lil overweight right now so no 6 pack here. But my goal is to get cut and weigh 190 lbs.( all muscle though )
