    Gym guru :thumb: Save your ammo for the "FLAT BENCH & INCLINE" Stay clear of flyes. To little weight can be used because of the leverage when your pecs are stretched. Sounds a lot like FLEX :D :D It does not make any sense. Lots of reps = the weight is not heavy enough.
