I overheard a conversation in my gym. A gym member gave advise to a newbie. The newbie was suffering from shoulder pain. He instucted the newbie to do dumbell flies with thumbs pointing towards the midline of the body. Apparently this will target the Coracobrachialis....
The rationale behind doing this: better stabilisation of the AC joint. Elimination of popping sensations.
I don't know what I shall think of that. Never heard that one before.
