ha, they have been going back and forth with chocolate weather or not it is good for you for years. Nice article; however. I think opinions will always be changing on this topic for years to come. It seems to always change when they come out with a new study.
I don't think you are going to notice a big difference when taking a multivitamin. I think overall, they make sure your body gets the right amount of vitamins, and keep you healthier over the long term. Ever since I have been taking vitamins, I rarely get sick.
MyoFusion is probably the best tasting proteins I have ever had, and it works great. But it is a little more expensive compared to other protein powders.
Ya i have also cut down and don't notice a change in my performance. I have not had any side effects since I have split my oz intake. I do take some in the morning and usually around 4 in the afternoon, and it still gives me results.
check the fat content in the protein too. Seems to me the fat amounts are a little high. and if you are adding sour cream or butter to your baked potato your adding even more. Other than that its a decent meal plan, you can't really cut any dairy, beside the two slices of cheese.

I would try Cellucor c4 Extreme. It is better than Jack3d. Cellucor formulized it to create a compound called Creatine Nitrate. It absorbs much faster into your muscles than any other creatine and is decreases the chance of you getting any type of side effects.
I agree SciVation did a great job re engineering their new flavors. They have six total now, and several of them have received great customer feedbacks. My personal favorite was the Lemon Lime Sour. I am taking a break form this product but will be coming back to in the near future.
