I have been physically active all my life and have tried the crossfit thing for a year and did t feel like I got any stronger at all. In fact all my lifts decreased except for pullups.

I am starting the lifting up again and was curious to see the most efficient way to gain mass and lose bf. What are the articles and supplements yall recommend to get started? I do 2 scoops protein after workouts but that's about all I know to do haha.
 
Age? Height? Weight? What are you doing now?

24 601 220 I typically hit each group once a week on my off days and do a little bit of random grouping on my lunch during work week
 
I would focus on getting your diet on point. No supplements or work out plan can overcome a bad diet.

Any articles on diets for muscle gain you'd recommend?
 
I agree with johnsonl3872 there is a fast supplement thats going to work . First diet then build a base and it takes along time for that base . Just because you see people that are taking things and thier big dont mean they aren't working thier ass off everyday and eating the right things . It sucks to hear but that is the truth .
