I have been physically active all my life and have tried the crossfit thing for a year and did t feel like I got any stronger at all. In fact all my lifts decreased except for pullups.
I am starting the lifting up again and was curious to see the most efficient way to gain mass and lose bf. What are the articles and supplements yall recommend to get started? I do 2 scoops protein after workouts but that's about all I know to do haha.
