Hi guys I have just shared a video on youtube and want to receive some feedback from you

Here is the video

I do really love this kind training!

Please share your thoughts =)

Good shit. There is a little more ROM to be desired, but I know that is a hard exercise. How do you set up push up progressions to the hand stand push up?

What is ROM?
And I don't have any progressions, just keep trying.
Once you can do it easily, it's fun. =)

KILLEROFSAINTS - I am weighting 73kg and 1.78 meters.
I am training on body weight almost all the time, I don't like machines or weights. I am an athlete.
Call me a little, I don't care. :)

oh and size matters because bodyweight exercises are harder the bigger you are...duh

oh and my reps arent herky jerky bullshit

that how i started training at first, i did many hand stand pushups with normal and wide stances,
basically i would start with regular push ups 10 sets varying the width of my arms then move to hand stand push ups. i still use them sometimes when iam in hotel room with no access to a gym.
my record was around 120 push ups in a row, many hand stand push ups ( never counted them) and around 38 complete pull ups, as i startedlifting heavy weights these numbers dropped due to lack of practice.

what kind of athlete?
soccer?

looks like a good exercise to try at home as a shoulder press substitute. Looks kinda crazy too by I might try it ond day :)

PRetty impressed. I am trying to get in shape myself and don't think I can do this just yet lol

Pretty good. Few can do that for reps.

awsome. some days try doing way fewer reps but going as low as you can go. then other days do them the way you do them now.. great job..

Yeah. I think they're pretty impressive. Requires some real stabilizing strength and balance.
