22 and going to Vegas for the first time

Swa a few post saying stay away from illegals cause they are usually cut down to shit because people feed on tourists. The trick is befriend your hotel bartender right away. They know the coolest places to go on what night and will usually close the deal for you if you are looking for anything xtra(weed,blow whatever). I have settled down as now I have a kid, but all bets are off I think if I went to Vegas. I have been to many places with my chic(bahamas,caymens,ect) but I think Myrtle Beach(golf) trips with a bunch of guys was the best hands down. Oh and btw...no homo.
 
I'm 26 and have been to Vegas three times in the last two years. My advice to you will depend on your answers to the following questions:
- What is your budget? Vegas can be very expensive for guys.
- Who are you going with and how many people total? The more people you travel with, the more people and preferences you have to accommodate.
- Is there anything you are set on doing? Gambling, shows, strip clubs?
 
bring money and condoms.....everything else is not needed. I go to Vegas at least once a year. Its the happiest place on Earth.:daydream:

I'm going to be there for 5 nights. going with a group of buddies, there will be 7 of us there. Budget: i'm thinking 2 grand will be enough? hotel and airfare i already paid for.

I'm probably gonna do light gambling and mainly slots for drinks as recommended by other members of this board. I want to go to shows but i do not know of any. and strip clubs are probably gonna be at least a few times. I am set on doing blow for sure though lol.

yeah might sound gay but my girl was supposed to go with me but she couldn't last minute, so I am probably not gonna be banging other broads. as far as money though, how much?

You say that now, until you see the women in Vegas:daydream:. How much money??? That depends on how much you wanna do and how much you gamble. I was there in October for 6days and burnned though about 10G.

easily done in Vegas. we spent 30K in 8 hours at Spearmint Rhino for my buddy's 50th birthday a couple of years ago. What sucks about living here is you can't go out with the same mentality as when you are visiting. I used to party like a rock star until I moved here, then I pretty much quit everything, you have to.

Seen so many people come and go in the 10 years I've lived here.
 
Yeah, Pappy, gambling is overrated if you ask me. Unless you camp out at a machine and get free drinks, that's about the extent of my gambling habits. You're in Vegas, the odds aren't in your favor...Besides picking up strippers is enough of a gamble already.

Hit the pool during the day and plot your adventures for that evening. You never know, you may find a girl that wants that Vegas experience, also.

Be safe, cause some of those broads will slip you a mickey, and steal a kidney from you.

^actually one of my worst fears/nightmares. i'll have 7 friends with me so hopefully they watch my back as i will theirs.

those fucking VIP booths in the back are no joke! stay away from those things..

that's the most amount of money we've ever spent in a strip club but there have been times when we went through every shift at the Rhino, must have been in there for at least 30 hours. a couple of my buddies from cisco look like total bikers with the long hair, the tats and the Harley's but those dudes are some serious WAN geeks and love to party!
