Eh, I'd cut the nolva. Run the AI all the way through and you shouldn't need it, especially because you are using aromasin (but keep it on hand in case of gyno).

HCG. I'd up the dose to 800-1000iu e/w (split) starting week two until you begin PCT. 500iu is on the weak side, IMHO.

And lastly, why take both enan and cyp? Sure they are very similar and one can be replaced by the other. Just curious as to why not take just one? Good luck bro.

Put on your glasses Vic. It's 1-test cypionate. It's dihydroboldenone. The nolvadex is part of the PCT. The hCG dose is what most endos recommend for maintenance of testes without desensitization and/or over stimulation of testes aromatase, which can be toxic to the ledig cells.

I completely agree with Vic have the nolva on hand but dont use it for pct run aromasin DURING your cycle and up your HCG dosage to at least 1000iu a week starting second week. 1-test is one of the most supressive aas you can use it will shut down the testes big time. IMHO its really not that good a compound compared to what else is available. I base that opinion on the risk vs reward ratio of it. not worth it. And I would say you probably will need the nolva since 1-test is notorious for gyno

i know quite abit about 1-test and i have not heard that? i didnt like aromasin durring my last cycle and will use adex for this one. i agree 100% what glycomann says about the HCG and will most likely keep is at the lower dose or atleast at the beginning.
are you saying just use the clomid? the nolva and clomid both serve a purpose. i know w few people running the 1-test and are having phenominal cycles. tell me more about your theories of the 1-test.

A 2006 study determined that 1-testosterone has a high androgenic and anabolic potency even without being metabolized, so it can be characterized as a typical anabolic steroid. 1-Testosterone binds highly selective to the androgen receptor (AR) and has a high potency to stimulate AR dependent transactivation. In vivo an equimolar dose of 1-testosterone has the same potency to stimulate the growth of the prostate, the seminal vesicles and the androgen sensitive levator ani muscle as the reference AAS testosterone propionate, but unlike it, 1-testosterone also increases liver weight.

Basically 1-test will bind to ar receptors better than testosterone and is very supressive to the testes and is also more hepatoxic. The gyno issues I spoke of are just from word of mouth I have no scientific evadence to support this. Just curious why didnt you like Aromasin? Arimadex is also a very good AI how ever and you should be fine running it as an AI. And No IMHO you do NOT need nolva during pct just the clomid.

ok long story on the aromasin so here we go. i was doing my first cycle about 3 months ago and was running aromasin at 12.5 EOD. thats what the guys said was a good dose. when i went ot get my 8 week bloodwork it had my estro at 164! im amazed i didnt get gyno, grow some big titties or have lactating tits. the test said i was a meopaused woman! then some people said it should be ran at 25mg ED but i was like i dont have time to fuck around and experiment. i needed to get the estro down fast so i switched to adex that i knew was legit( i wondered if the aromasin was bunk). i also got the aromasin from a well respected place. can i name those type places here?
anyway so i started taking the adex at 1mg EOD and when i had 12 week bloodowork done my estro was 25. so thats why im like the hell with aromasin although on paper it the bomd and no need to worry about rebound estro. i added it back in near the end of PCT but have no idea if it worked. i have another full bottle from the same place and ill through it in durring this next PCT but im scared to run it while on cycle.

Yes, I see it's test-1, I misread it. My bad.

I still think the HCG dose should be higher and clomid should work just fine without nolva. IMHO, nolva has no place in any cycle....only when you are struck by gyno. Running the proper AI at the right dose/duration should cover all your bases.

In any case, good luck however you run it.

I was refering to EOD sorry I'm sure if you were on a really heavy cycle you could go ed plus it depends on the idividual and their response to aas and AI's. Blood work is the only reliable way to know for sure
