was just wondering how you come back after 3 weeks off. been training hard and seen some good gains in the last 6 months or so , so i thought it would be a good time to take a break and change my routine a little with it being christmas and all that. trained yesterday and was quite shocked about how much strength id lost. my muscles also fatigued quickly meaning i couldnt keep my reps up.
what are other peoples experiences?
im sort of hoping a couple weeks and things will be back to normal as i havent lost any weight or size in that time
