5am Workout

5pm...gotta have 4-5 meals in me to get things working...

Any time I can get there but usually around 4 or alittle later due to work.

11am:shooter: Only because of my schedule! I hate working out in the am. I documented two weeks each worth of workouts(morning and early evening) and even though they say test is highest(doesn't matter in my case because I'm blasting anyway) in the morning hours, I am 5-10pds/2-4 reps stronger in the afternoon/late evening. I feel the same as "s2h", in that, the more food and water I can take in before a workout session the better I perform. But everyone is different.

usually at 6-8pm... strongest at night, probably at least 10% difference in maximal strength between morning and evening workouts.

5pm with a small meal prior and belly full of amino acids. If I had to train in the am I would eventually adapt and make the best of it.

5-7 pm , I love training in the evening , whenever I'm forced to train in the am it takes a turn for the worse , guess its because I'm not accustomed to it though.

Between 2-4 pm. I start work at 5:30 am so no freaking way I'm getting up at 2:30-3:00am. I already crash for the night at 9am which sucks...I'd have to crash at like 6p to make an am workout work. NO WAY!

Usu between 2-4 as well. It works better because its the slowest time of day at my gym.

Weekdays at 7:30 pm (after the gym rush hour is over)
Weekends at 1:00 pm (or 1.5 hours after lunch or breakfast)

Been training 14 years+ .I've trained in the AM in my early years while going to college, then began training afternoons 5pm or later once I entered the work force.
Have experimented with early morning (11am or earlier) training on weekends. Strength about >10% greater on evening training.
Unfortunately due to my new job I will be force to work out in the AM from now on. Not looking forward to strength loss!

Around 4 pm before it gets crowded but i catch the tail end of the rush so i get to see some women. I couldn't workout at 5 am. I need breakfast, a cup of coffee and a few Advil to get the body working. Tried to do the early lift but just can't get motivated and my joints are too sore.

i almost never happen to train at the same time 2 workouts in a row. I think some of the problems people have with early morning training could be eliminated with proper warm up. I warm up more in the AM, try to get the whole body loose even though I'm just training chest or back or something.

around 10am now since I"m not working for a while again. have trained anywhere between 3-4am to midnight but never during the after-work hours, hate it. with proper rest and nutrition you can get a proper workout anytime of the day or night, it just takes some time to get adjusted to a new schedule as with anything.
