Does anybody belive this is truley the best way to eat im terms of bodybuilding or is there people out there who belive this is a total myth...
I have been doing it for some time and iv stayed lean all year round althought i was naturally very skinny as a kid and am a ectomorph by nature so i know this is a big part in me staying so lean.
My opinion is that it is good for people trying to loose weight and/or cut bodyfat due to it speeding up metabolism but it can be very unpracticall for people with work and stuff and can be a dam right pain in the ass at times!!
With things like IF (which im yet to try
) is the 6 meal thing nessacery? or is getting your macros in the main goal here rather then meal timing itself? theres a lot of different opinions on the topic and i would like to know what people think on this..
id rather have opinions of people who have done both for decent periods of time rather then someone whos been lifting 6 months lol....
