O.K. here we go... I am in my 6th week of training and still very minimal results. Here is an average day:
5:00am Wake drink 8oz. water head to gym
5:30+- Start work out
6:20 Head home
6:30 Eat Omelette (3egg whites 3 thin slices lean ham on Whole Wheal Toast)
9:30 Eat Chicken Breast
12:30 Eat Chicken Breast with a carb (rice, bread or pasta)
3:00 Nutritional Bar
7:00 Eat Sensible dinner (chicken or lean beef, fat free beans, pasta, various carbs)
My workout routine:
Monday: Chest: Shoulders: Triceps: Biceps: Back
Tuesday: cardio 20 min
Wednesday: lower body: abs
Wed: Off
Thurs (same as Monday)
Friday: Same as Wednesday
weight 210 height 6'
I don't currently take any supplements. Am I still expecting results too early or am I doing something wrong?
