I'm not questioning your nutrition or training methodology's (except for the training one in different threads). I gotta hand it to you for stciking with it for so long. I only brought up the genetics part as a comparison to the average person. Even an avvid steroid user can't put on that amount of muscle - even Dorian himself only added about 70lbs of muscle during his career. I say only, despite it being a huge amount, cause in comparison to your feat it pales. Just because you started at 125lbs doesn't mean you don;t have the genetics for it. You've used your potential.
And the reason that I have actualized much, not all (YET), of my potential is BECAUSE OF HOW I HAVE LEARNED TO TRAIN. Now, I want others to know how they can do the same simply because I wish I'd had the help when I was starting out.
