I only brought up the genetics part as a comparison to the average person. Even an avvid steroid user can't put on that amount of muscle - even Dorian himself only added about 70lbs of muscle during his career. I say only, despite it being a huge amount, cause in comparison to your feat it pales. Just because you started at 125lbs doesn't mean you don;t have the genetics for it. You've used your potential.

And the reason that I have actualized much, not all (YET), of my potential is BECAUSE OF HOW I HAVE LEARNED TO TRAIN. Now, I want others to know how they can do the same simply because I wish I'd had the help when I was starting out.

Gopro: "you have fallen victim to the all-to-common "works-for-me-so-it-must-be-applicable-to-everyone" problem."

lol. :)

Although there is slight variation from individual to individual, my training "principles" are universal to all, which is why I have been able to apply them with success to so many body types, age groups, and both genders in my many years as a professional trainer.

Do you have before and after photos of your successful clients?

Maybe a few. Never did too many photos...always went more by measurements, lean body mass, and BF %. But I will look at my files and see if I have any pics of clients if that would make you happy...

I've already managed to put on 50 lbs to my frame in the 3.5 years I've been training.
