Ok, let me start off by saying that I am new on these forums, and I am also fairly new to bodybuilding in general.

I am currently 20 years old, a full time student and have a part-time job. My day is pretty busy, and I am very unsatisfied with my size.

I have always been skinny and I currently weigh 143 lbs and I'm 5'10. The ONLY reason I weigh this much is because I followed Anthony Ellis' plan for about 12 weeks; following this plan I went from 136 to 146 in that amount of time. However, with new responsiblities I slowly fell out of my routines.... now I am dedicated to making a change in my life and in my physical strength.

I like everyone have many friends who weightlift in some form or another and the two whose opinon I trust the most have both used the BSN stack (N.O.-Xplode, Nitrix, and CellMass), now before I knew the "stack" existed I purchased NO-xplode, which I have only used twice to evaluate my bodies reaction. I did get a headache from it, and weird heart palpatations(spelling?), but I didn't work out with it.

So my main question is this.... I know a lot of people have had varying results with all different stacks, but I'm looking for a very good starting mass stack that I will be able to fit into my everyday schedule.

I DO want to use creatine and whey protein (I used those with anthony's program), so something with creatine of course... I generally drink about 3 protein shakes a day, and 6 meals which I will be able to fit into my day.

Any suggestions? I really respect that you all took the time to read this, and any suggestions you would have are greatly appreciated.... also if any programs you know of besides Anothony's geared for skinny guys let me know through some private messages as they do not permit to this forum. Thanks!

Post your diet, that would be the key to your gain in weight. Supps aren't magic makers, and weight doesn't come out of thin air.

I'm aware of that, but with my high metabolism I need the extra push.

As far as my diet goes, I heat protein/carb. high foods, 6 meals a day on average with 3 protein shakes. One when I wake up, one at breakfast, one with dinner, one after workout.

I eat a lot of chicken, eggs, peanut butter, etc...

as far as a specific diet goes i dont have one... because of my weight I try to eat about 3.5k to 4k calories a day. Like I said before I've slacked off the past couple of months and I am now getting back into this routine.

To be honest Mr. Ellis' program worked really well as far as the workout routine which I am still following, but as far as the eating it was never truly specific... so I am a complete newbie to this kind of stuff.. all i know is i have to eat about 3.5k a day, and majority of it for gaining mass has to be protein and carbs. So any suggestions you have on either would be great.
